Dataset description
This dataset describes the product flow of 1-35kV medium voltage alternating current (MVAC) electricity from the point of generation, through transmission, to the final supply to the consumers who use the electricity. The dataset is designed for customer-side electricity use and reflects a mix of multiple electricity sources, including a combination of different generation methods such as fossil fuels, nuclear and renewable energy. The dataset is compliant with the International Life Cycle Data (ILCD) system and meets methodology, data quality, naming conventions, auditing and documentation requirements to ensure accuracy and applicability of the data, particularly for environmental impact assessment of electricity users.
